Poly-carbonate sheet is used because of its extremely high resistance to: |
- Impact – Minimizes the risk of breakage even when subjected to violent blows by heavy objects. The impact resistance does not vary after prolonged outdoor exposure.
- Abrasion – Poly-carbonate sheet has a unique hard surface coating which may provide a high level of protection against unsightly scratching so it is ideal for applications where frequent contact is likely, enabling easy restoration.
- Weathering – The surface coating protects against performance losses and yellowing caused by exposure to UV radiation in sunlight.
- Chemicals – Resistant to many chemicals such as cleaning fluids, paints, and adhesives.
- 39 inch extender kits are available to shield the full length of the header auger.
- Adjustable brackets are implemented to allow for positions to suit end users requirements.
- All pickup belts remain visible with the Crop Catcher II installed.
- Upright position allows dust to slide off and keep itself clean.
